Barre Me Up - a full body workout with low impact movements. My mission in all my classes and Treatments is to inspire and motivate as many people as possible, to encourage all to live to their fullest, most creative, and most joyful potential! It is my passion to support people to establish a new relationship with movement such as Barre or Pilates– whilst finding their confidence and understanding how incredible they really are. It is my mission to give the tools, advice, and inspiration, to remind you how much you are truly worth to build up your own strengths, mobility, and motivation!
Meet me, a resident German girl who is based in Berlin/ Munich and passionate about supporting and inspiring you through movement. I devote myself for people’s health, well-being and vitality and as a Trainer, I help people reach their goals and assists them in finding the sensitivity within each body movement.
I started teaching group fitness classes already in 2010, while I was studying at University. As a dancer and sport scientist I discovered BARRE, PILATES and versatile fitness classes already as a teenager. My goal is to expand my knowledge of the relationship between Barre, Pilates and fitness wether it is in group fitness or personal trainings.
I have a deep understanding of postural alignment and I know how to support you individually to build a healthy, sporty and sustainable lifestyle from the inside out.

I have spend years perfecting my signature technique to provide a safe, challenging and powerful workout. Long, lean sculpted muscles, form focused routines and a physical and mental well being will help you to feel confident and strong from the inside out.
Every Barre class starts with a warm up, followed by leg exercises, a sequence of arm work, some core exercises on the floor and a cool down at the end. In my 30-60 minutes classes you can expect three energetic bodyweight routines or exercises with basic props to shape, elongate and strengthen your body. You will feel continually challenged with endless variations of each exercise timed to the beat of the music.
My training is designed to fit into your busy lives and to allow you to add exercise and physical health into your daily routines. The Barre me up Method will channel your energy through focused movements, to burn, transform and sculpt your your body.
Maderotherapy is a holistic massage technique that uses wooden tools which are formed in different shapes and sizes in order to adapt to different parts of the body.
With a series of frequent movements, these anatomically designed instruments can apply pressure to problem areas like tights, buttocks, love handles or abdomen. The goal is to improve lymphatic circulation, breaking down fat deposits and cleansing the Body from cellulite and other toxins. Stimulating the lymphatic system will help to sculpt the body in a healthy and naturell way.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and changes can be noticed as soon as the fifth session. Results take time and Maderotherapy takes at least a series of 10 treatments to get expected end results. Of course, a healthy diet and lifestyle play an important role in long lasting results as well.
