outdoor Barre Class Munich
Every 45 minutes Barre class starts with a warm up, followed by leg exercises, a sequence of arm work, some core exercises on the floor, and a cool down at the end. In my classes you can expect three energetic bodyweight routines or exercises with basic props to shape, elongate, and strengthen your body.
