Service Description
Movement Session The workshop begins with a dynamic movement session designed to awaken your body and build strength. You’ll explore fluid sequences, transitions, and exercises that improve coordination, mobility, and body awareness. This part of the workshop focuses on connecting breath with movement, encouraging a sense of freedom and ease in how you move. Flexibility Session Following the movement session, the flexibility portion helps you deepen your range of motion and release tension. You’ll work through a combination of active and passive stretching techniques, tailored to improve joint health, posture, and relaxation. The session emphasizes mindful engagement, allowing you to soften into stretches while building lasting flexibility. Together, these sessions create a balanced experience to leave you feeling stronger, more open, and fully connected to your body.
