My low impact conditioning Barre classes combine strengthening of Pilates, movement of Ballet, and mobility of Yoga. I created a Barre method that fits perfectly to you - no matter if you are a beginner or pro. I have spent years perfecting my signature technique to provide a safe, challenging, and powerful workout. Long, lean, sculpted muscles, form focused routines and a physical and mental wellbeing will help you to feel confident and strong from the inside out. The movements might be small, but trust me - you’ll feel the burn. Every Barre class starts with a warm up, followed by leg exercises, a sequence of arm work, some core exercises on the floor, and a cool down at the end. In my 15-45 minutes classes you can expect three energetic bodyweight routines or exercises with basic props to shape, elongate, and strengthen your body. You will feel continually challenged with endless variations of each exercise timed to the beat of the music. From one-on-one training to small or larger group classes, Barre is infinitely workable to build up your strength, mobility, and motivation.
